We begin with a chat about what you would like to achieve during the session and any specific concerns or issues you would like to address.
Make yourself comfortable, lying on your bed is best. Please direct your camera at you.
The healing session then begins. Blissful nurturing light energy is sent to revitalise and rejuvenate you, flooding and nurturing your cells, clearing blocks, negative attachments and debris from your energetic flow.
I also check the function of your chakras and organs and advise easy to follow steps to strengthen if required - the results are then discussed.
